Acrylic Art Blocks
All acrylic art blocks are eligible for free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Please email team@juliensabban.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Artworks
All other artworks are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because each piece is created individually to preserve exclusivity, quality, and craftsmanship, all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a free replacement. To submit a claim:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and proof of purchase

Provide a short description of the issue

Upload clear photos of:

The full artwork
-
Close-up of the damage/defect
-
Inside and outside packaging
-
Shipping label
-
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without complete documentation may not be eligible for review.
When Claims Are Reviewed
We review requests only in these situations:

The artwork arrives damaged
-
There is a significant production defect
-
The wrong item was sent due to internal error
Damaged Item Process
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement (or, in rare cases, a refund) at our discretion. The original artwork must be returned in secure packaging before a replacement is sent.
Shipping & Delivery
All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via professional carriers. Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. Inspect your package upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier when possible.
We cannot offer refunds or cancellations for:

Minor variations in color, texture, contrast, or finish

Differences between on-screen preview and physical artwork

Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction
